Staff Development and Reviews (SDRs) - Part 2 - Positive Feedback Skills

This half day workshop (3 hours) is designed as an introduction or as a refresher for Managers/Team Leaders who want to increase their effectiveness in delivering feedback to others. The workshop focuses on developing key practical skills and confidence in delivering both critical and positive feedback. It is the perfect workshop to compliment SDR Skills Part One.
